1. Digital Products
All products are digital downloads (no physical items).
Once purchased, you receive instant access to your files.
Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final.
2. License & Usage
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use presets and resources.
You may not resell, share, or distribute the files in any way.
You may use the presets for your own personal or commercial photography projects.
3. Future Updates
If you purchase the Preset Pack That Keeps Giving, you will receive free access to all future updates and additional presets as they are released.
4. Payment
All payments are handled securely through trusted third-party providers.
By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment details and authorize us (and our payment partner) to process the transaction.
We do not store or have access to your full payment information.
5. Refund Policy
All digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
Refunds may be issued in rare cases if:
You were charged more than once for the same product.
A technical error occurred during your purchase.
If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, email me and I’ll do my best to help or find a solution.
6. Liability Disclaimer
